I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with friendly staff who made me feel welcomed right from the start. The location is very convenient, especially for shopping at Meadowhall. However, while the overall cleanliness and efficiency were great, the family room felt a bit cramped compared to other hotels in the chain, which was a little disappointing. The breakfast spread was fantastic and definitely a highlight of my stay.
